| Description | Infrastructure WA (IWA) is seeking offers for the provision of specialist sustainability and climate change advisory services to support the preparation of the State Infrastructure Strategy (SIS). IWA?s priority task is to prepare WA?s first 20-year SIS, in accordance with the Infrastructure Western Australia Act 2019 (IWA Act). IWA aims to produce a flexible, long-term and high impact SIS. A draft of the SIS is due in mid-2021 for public consultation. IWA will draw on the capability of the Successful Respondent to undertake a strategic review of the opportunities to improve sustainability, climate change mitigation and adaptation considerations during the infrastructure decision making process. The strategic review will be used to inform sustainability and climate change recommendations within the SIS. |
