| Description | LAWA identified that improvements to the efficiency and effectiveness of its service delivery would enable more client-centric services. LAWA identified its core business solution, LAW Office, was an impediment to these improvements. Additionally, LAW Office was approaching a legacy phase of its lifecycle. Therefore, LAWA commenced a business process review project in 2018, to assist in considering the replacement of LAW Office. The business process review project including documenting the current processes and identifying opportunities for improving these processes. LAWA were of the view that the opportunities identified and recommendations made, would inform the business requirements for a replacement solution. A number of recommendations were made in the key areas of data management, process efficiency, automation, communication and client engagement. Since the business process review project, LAWA have identified a number of other ICT projects, digital Transformation Program. LAWA?s Digital Transformation Program has three (3) streams, comprising:
