| Description | DPIRD has been successfully running a community engagement website since May 2020 for the sustainability and biosecurity pillar called Talking Biosecurity. The transition the site from Talking Biosecurity from a pillar specific platform to a whole of DPIRD solution from 1 March 2022 (while still maintaining the audiences, information and links already built into the Talking Biosecurity site). The platform allows the department to communicate with key stakeholders on a variety of public consultation projects, provides a diverse range of engagement tools including surveys, brainstorming and storytelling that enables the collection of qualitative and quantitative information and allows the department to collate, analyse and report on information and feedback received.
