Display Contract Details

Stream 1 and Stream 2 are to be delivered concurrently over a period totalling no more than 12 weeks.

Stream 1: Virtual Care

• Work Package 1 ? Assessment

Assessment of the digital outpatient maturity and requirements to deliver virtual care and digitally optimise workflows for patients that need to present to a medical facility, followed by the development of a prioritised portfolio of work to address short-term needs and build long-term capability.

Deliverables and Timeframe

To be delivered in 4 weeks:

• Rapid assessment across the portfolio and the capability of potential providers, solution options assessment, prioritised work plan with impact assessment.
• Develop business case and an 8-week implementation plan.

• Work Package 2 ? Implementation

The identified priority initiatives will then be implemented within 8 weeks utilising the same resources in this work package upon approval of the business case.

• 1 X Project Manager (PM)
• 2 X Enterprise Architects (EA)
• 1 X Solution Architect (SA)
• 1 X Business Analyst (BA).

Stream 2: Surveillance

• Work Package 1 ? Assessment

Surveillance of Patients (including suspected COVID-19 cases) in home using one or more of the existing home healthcare providers.  Establish and assess the business requirements, identify the best provider, and undertake all related technical activities required to support the implementation of this initiative.

Deliverables and Timeframe

To be delivered in 4 weeks:

• Establish and assess the business requirements.
• Identify the best provider and define all associated technical activities required.
• Establish technical dependencies to support the implementation of this initiative.

• Work Package 2 ? Implementation (Subsequent Engagement)

To be delivered in 8 weeks, lead and support the implementation of this initiative utilising the same resources in this work package upon approval of the business case.

• Resources:

• 1 X Project Manager* (PM)
• 1 X Enterprise Architect (EA)
• 1 X Solution Architect* (SA); and
• 1 X Business Analyst (BA).

*IMPORTANT: to be delivered by the same Project Manager and Solution Architect resources in Stream 1: Virtual Care.
