1. WHS Gap Analysis and Worksafe plan audit
   1. Conduct a gap analysis of the new WHS Regulations (General) 2022 against the HSS WHS Management Framework
   2. Conduct a WorkSafe Audit of the HSS WHS Management Framework ? focus on assessing the systems and processes that are currently in place to manage safety and health within the organisation and to evaluate if they are consistent with the key requirements of the WorkSafe Plan framework

This work will be performed to identify instances where processes and systems are not aligned to the WorkSafe Plan and identify opportunities to enhance safety systems and process in accordance with better practices

1. Develop a memorandum of understanding and related supporting documentation and policies that outlines a range of expectations of HSPs in relation to their obligations too and the  management of WHS requirements with reference to remote HSS workers placed on HSP sites.  The categories of employee include
   1. HSS employees on hospital sites (warehousing and ICT) of whom HSS control and are responsible for their salaries
   2. NurseWest employees placed on sites on a casual employment basis, that HSS do not control on site and the HSP?s pay on each occasion of work
