HSS have embarked on new strategy after spending the past couple of years managing the response to COVID. The work for the organisation includes a new transformation program and a continued focus on improving its customer.

In order to build on its recent success there are 3 critical factors from a culture and people performance perspective.

1) The engagement levels of leaders and frontline employees;

2) The degree to which the organisation from the top down, continues to break down silo's, improve collaboration between functions and have people at multiple levels develop 'organisation first? thinking;

3) The alignment and leadership of the Executive team to manage the complexity, role model the desired behaviours and continue to develop as a high performing team.
