Applecross SHS would like to repurpose the existing Staffroom into a student Cafeteria in Block N (D Block on BCA Map). This will require the demolition of some walls to create new doorway, removal of windows and wall to provide glass panel sliding doors, new vinyl floor to match exiting, new stud walls to create storeroom, additional basin, and external deck area. School to provide all loose furniture, shelves, and kitchen benches. School has removed the compactus and will remove all furniture currently in the space. Works on site can commence on 28 November 2022 and must be completed by 20 January 2023. Early procurement of materials can site check measures can be undertaken prior to actual works commencing on site. All noisy, disruptive works to be contained to the school holiday period as much as reasonably possible, or before and after school hours.
