Due to the timelines involved, a tender process was not possible to undertake. Heyder and Shears was identified as the supplier of choice as they had the capacity and experience to service a large function with complex operations at a short notice. This caterer is also a supplier of choice for Perth Festival, the partner in this event, who will be paying for a portion of the costs. |
