Display Contract Details

Scope of Services

The PTA requires an enterprise wide Solution that aligns with Application Rationalisation and the ERP strategic program of work that meets Legislative obligations and business requirements. The Tenderer will design; build, implement, train and provide support services for the Solution to include the following functionalities:

• Provide a Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) solution. The proposed Solution has to meet PTA?s requirements in functionally and performance as outlined in Attachment 1 Request for Proposal No. PTA200015 ? Enterprise Risk Health Safety Environment Incident and Audit System Requirements;
• Provide consulting services, Solution design, workflows and requirements analysis confirming the Solution architecture and functional specifications;
• Provide adequate security user authorisation and authentication, access control to files and data;
• Develop the necessary best practice workflows for compatibility with the PTA?s business and IT support;
• Provide the capability to integrate with Enterprise Service/ Message Bus Technology.
• Provide data migration services to import current data;
• Provide testing to include System Integration Testing (SIT), Functional Acceptance Testing (FAT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test plans, test use cases and test results;
• Provide a standard report suite and additional custom dashboards if required;
• Provide training for the system administrators, end users, risk managers, safety managers and coordinators, Support Officers, Program Managers and Executives ?100) and IT Architectural, Development and Support staff (?25);
• Provide support for best practice of toolset usage and training for business domain experts and non-IT staff;
• Provide support for best practice and training of IT support roles for the Solution;
• Provide consultation services to engage with stakeholders including Safety Managers, Risk Managers, IT and other key stakeholders as determined by the PTA on any course of action that may impact their operations due to the proposed Solution offering;
• Provide system maintenance and support for the Solution including the agreed integrations into PTA identified core systems;
• Provide access to upgrades and enhancements when available;
• Provide documentation inclusive of project plan, transition plan, functional / technical specifications, test plans, training plans, as-built configuration, logical and functional designs, user manuals and licenses;
• Provide mobile applications related to the Solution to allow staff to create / update tasks, and view information; and
• Provide an acceptable Project Warranty period, post Go Live and certificate of completion.
