The Work includes but is not limited to demolition work, metal roofing and roof plumbing, painting, electrical services, mechanical services, and more. Tenderers shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by Tenderers prior to submission of their Quote. All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein. The specifications of each school will have to be read in conjunction with the provided drawings. PFM has the sole discretion to award the RFT to one or many contractors based on the Value for Money evaluation. Please submit a GANTT Chart showing timeframes for both schools and/or also a GANTT Chart/s for each of the schools if electing to submit a bid for one of the schools only. |
