| Description | The Building Research and Technical Services (BR&TS) branch of BMW manages Permit Authority operations. BMW is the authority for issuing demolition, building and occupation permits in support of infrastructure delivery operations. Currently, the permit application processes are administered using Excel spreadsheets to record and track the application process and outcomes. These spreadsheets are used in conjunction with manual forms and documents. The successful Contractor is required to assist BMW with the analysis, specification and recommendation for a system to address these issues. This will include; • Conduct a business requirements analysis with the user area and document appropriately, • Recommend an appropriate scope for a system which will provide the requirements for the business function, • Conduct a market search to see if a suitable package solution currently exists, taking into account the Finance ICT technical environment/architecture. • Develop a high level implementation plan for the recommended solution |
