Display Contract Details

This Request is to replace the current GBA060509 and specifies the requirements of a Group Buying Arrangement (GBA) for the supply and delivery of Copy Paper and Stationery Products for Government agencies in the Great Southern and Southern Wheatbelt regions. 
The GBA requirements are divided into two parts:
Part 1: Copy Paper.
Respondents are invited to offer a schedule of fixed prices for the various forms of copy paper that are commonly purchased by Customers.
Part 2: Stationery.
Respondents are invited to offer a Discount Rate to the retail price for the stationery Products in the following categories
(i) General Stationery
(ii) Toner and Printer Cartridges.
Respondents may bid for Part 1, and /or Part 2. If the Respondent bids for Part 2 then they may bid for one or both categories.
A panel arrangement will be put in place for Part 1: Copy Paper and for each stationery category. In order to obtain the best value for money, Customers will have the right to utilise whichever Contractor best suits their needs each time they make a purchase.
Respondents are invited to supply all locations in the Great Southern and Southern Wheatbelt regions or just specific locations within the region.
The Contract will be non-mandatory for Public Authorities, however, any Public Authorities in the region may utilise the Contract.
Please note that Respondents appointed to the Panel are not guaranteed to receive any particular volume of Orders, and may not receive an Order throughout the Contract Term.
