| Description | The Department of Planning (the Department), on behalf of Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) is seeking the services of a qualified consultant to prepare a Local Infrastructure and Servicing Strategy (LISS) to support the preparation of the Swan Valley Development Plan. The purpose of the LISS is to determine what infrastructure will be required to service future development within the Swan Valley. Tasks include determining sufficiency of existing infrastructure to service proposed development needs, identifying any required infrastructure upgrades and their indicative costs and staging, providing indicative design solutions for construction of a new bridge across the Swan River and new local roads, and a report to summarise the issues, and provide recommendations on the funding, timing and necessary infrastructure upgrades. |
