| Description | The State of Western Australia (State) requires Surveyor Services to create a layered mapping tool to enable bidders to overlay various elements of land related information, e.g. mapping terminal boundaries and adjoining lease boundaries, titles and tenancies, key infrastructure, road and rail. Services may also include three-dimensional surveying of the lease for areas that will be limited to depth such as the tunnel lease and wharf pilings under the wharf, attached to the sea bed. The Surveyor will also provide advice and services as required to Treasury and its various transaction advisers and to respond promptly to any requests. The Surveyor is required to address concerns in relation to the existing data and surveyed plans and is expected to exert sufficient flexibility to vary the scope of work as the project progresses. |
