Under DOL800116 Panel of Pre-qualified Consultants to Provide Environmental Consultancy and Works Related Services for Contaminated Sites and Land Remediation Projects Coconut Wells in Broome and 11 Bell Road (Reserve 51198) in Fitzroy Crossing were occupied by unauthorised occupants. While using the area the occupants built unauthorised structures and brought all sorts of equipment (e.g. water tanks, cars, grader, sheds) to the properties. Notices have been served on the unauthorised occupants of both sites in accordance with the requirements of section 270 of the Land Administration Act 1997. Upon conclusion of the allowed period for the unauthorised occupants to remove themselves, any structures, objects and fixtures in the vicinity, such items became the property of the Crown and can now be removed, destroyed or disposed of. |
