Description of Works: The project involves the design and construction of a grade separated interchange with Kalamunda Road bridging over Roe Highway. The project includes realignment and construction of approximately 2.5 km of Roe Highway (two lanes in each direction), construction of a bridge deck for Kalamunda Road Stage 1 (four lane bridge deck, two lanes in each direction), realignment and construction of Kalamunda Road either side of the bridge and construction of a Principal Shared Path from Maida Vale Road to the southbound exit ramp.

Pre-Qualification Required: Roadworks R4 or higher, Bridgeworks B3 or higher and a financial rating of at least F75.

"It is a requirement of this project that any persons contracted to undertake the building work be accredited under the Australian Government Building and Construction WHS Accreditation Scheme established by the Building and Construction (Improving Productivity) Act 2016, at the time of entering into the contract for the building work and while the building work is being carried out.
Tenderers intending to submit a bid as a Joint Venture must review the additional requirements as outlined by Section 26(1)({) of the Fair Work (Building Industry­Accreditation Scheme) Regulations 2016 by the Federal Safety Commission (located at http://www.fsc.gov.au)"
